The only time payment enters the conversation is when you decide to go ahead — and even then, no advance deposit is taken before you have approved the design and scope in writing.

They show real material textures, lighting conditions, and spatial layouts. Significant deviations are rare and always documented when they occur.

Stand in each corner of the room and take wide-angle photos showing the floor, all four walls, the ceiling, and windows in a single frame where possible. Turn on all lights, avoid heavy filters, and keep the camera steady. Upload 3 to 5 photos per room. A floor plan or basic SQM dimensions help us scale the render accurately but are not required to start.

Yes. The first revision is included free. You can request changes to materials, colours, layout arrangement, or any specific element. If your property requires NOC coordination with a developer, we handle that process as part of the renovation service.

Yes. Revive Hub coordinates all NOC and work permit applications with Dubai Municipality and all major developers including Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Meraas, Wasl, and Dubai Properties. This is included in the renovation service — not an extra charge. We have completed projects across all major Dubai communities and understand the specific documentation requirements for each developer.

Because the quotation is tied to a written scope approved by you, any scope change is documented and priced separately before being actioned. Variations that arise from hidden MEP issues discovered during demolition or from genuine site conditions are explained to you before proceeding. We do not add costs without written client sign-off on the reason and amount.

All photos and contact details submitted through the form are uploaded directly to the Revive Hub team folder. They are used only to prepare your 3D preview and quotation. Photos are not shared with third parties and are handled in line with the Revive Hub privacy policy.
