Not just a makeover, this feels properly planned and executed. My previous contractor experience in JVC was honestly rough, but this team is the total opposite. Everything was shared upfront, no surprises later, and they even handled the NOC approvals which saved a lot of headache. The finishing details are next level.

We had our villa work done in Spring Villas and the overall experience with Revive Hub was really smooth. One thing that honestly stood out was that the founder, Mr. Jamshed Ahmed, was personally involved. He was visiting the site almost daily and coordinating things himself, which you normally don’t see with most renovation companies where only managers handle everything. Because of that direct involvement, things stayed organized and we didn’t face any issues with approvals or delays. Even when a small mistake happened from our side and one of the walls got messed up, the Revive Hub team repainted it again for free without any arguments. Really appreciated that gesture. Thanks very much to Mr.Jamshed Ahmed and the team for handling everything so professionally.

Exclusions and assumptions: installation-only uses AED 25–55/sqm. Porcelain material plus installation combines AED 45–140/sqm material and AED 25–55/sqm installation, giving AED 70–195/sqm before adjustments. Removal, disposal, base repair, levelling, waterproofing, specialist patterns, access restrictions, approvals, VAT and other items may be extra. A site-specific written quotation controls.

Flooring decisions that should be settled before the first tile is fixed

A reliable flooring scope identifies the existing surface, level variance, wet-area falls, tile format, reference lines, transition heights, visible cuts, grout specification, movement joints where required, protection, curing and handover checks. The tile itself is only one part of the system.

If you are still researching materials and contractor questions, first use the separate Dubai flooring and tiling guide. When you are ready to compare an executable scope, return to this service page for the 3D direction, site review and written quotation route.

Revive Hub process: for suitable enquiries, the team may prepare a complimentary initial 3D layout direction before a project deposit. The written offer confirms what is included, how many revisions apply, whether a site visit is needed, and when payment begins.

Dubai Hills villa floor replacement: the base changed the plan

Revive Hub supplied the following internal project record. It is useful as a scope example, but it is not an independently audited case study and should not be treated as a market benchmark.

PropertyDubai Hills Estate · 4-bedroom villa
Recorded areaApproximately 460 sqm
Observed conditionHollow response across part of the living area and recorded base variance
Selected scopeRemoval, localised levelling, 120×60 cm porcelain, skirting and wet-area finishing
Company-recorded programme11 working days with phased access
Company-recorded valueAED 52,000 for the documented scope
What changed: an overlay option was rejected after inspection because the observed base condition increased the risk of an unsatisfactory result. Revive Hub recorded an AED 15,000–22,000 potential rectification allowance in its internal comparison. This is project-specific, not a guaranteed failure prediction or universal repair price.

Case note last reviewed 14 August 2026 by Jamshed Ahmed. Ask to see the scope evidence relevant to your own property; do not assume the same condition, price or programme.

Quick answers for Dubai flooring decisions

Selection

What makes a flooring company a safer choice?

Look for licence verification, written base assumptions, named materials, visible exclusions, variation control and inspection-led handover.

1000 sq ft

How much is installation for 1000 sq ft?

1000 sq ft is about 92.9 sqm. At AED 25–55/sqm, the directional installation-only range is about AED 2,323–5,110 before exclusions.

Curing

When can the floor be used?

Follow the installed adhesive and grout manufacturer’s written conditions. Product, substrate, weather and loading matter.

Hollow response

How is hollow-tile risk reduced?

Review the base, specify a compatible system, follow manufacturer coverage requirements, control curing and document handover checks.

Occupied home

Can residents stay during tiling?

Sometimes, with phased rooms, protected routes, agreed hours and safe access. Suitability depends on demolition, dust and building rules.

How do you reduce hollow-sounding tile risk?
Assess the base, specify a compatible system, follow manufacturer requirements, control setting-out and curing, and document handover checks.
Are R10 or R11 tiles mandatory for every Dubai bathroom?
This page does not present R10/R11 as a universal Dubai legal rule. Verify the product’s wet-use slip information and applicable project requirements.
How long does villa flooring take?

Revive Hub’s material planning band is AED 45–140 per sqm. Brand, format, finish, batch, delivery and waste can change it.
Does flooring increase property value or rent?
It may improve presentation, but no return is guaranteed. Model cost, achievable rent, vacancy and comparable properties.
Do I need an NOC or permit?
Possibly. Start with the current landlord, building or master-developer checklist and confirm the route for the exact scope.
What is the flooring payment schedule?
The project’s written quotation and contract control. Payments, milestones, variations and final balance should be stated clearly.
