We are hiring a 3D Architect to build client ready 3D previews that reduce confusion and prevent costly changes on site. Your work supports our First See Then Pay vision, clients see the direction clearly before execution begins.
- Create realistic 3D previews for villa, apartment, and office renovation and fit out projects.
- Convert client inputs into buildable visuals, photos, videos, sketches, reference images, scopes, and basic drawings.
- Produce lighting, materials, and mood direction that matches real Dubai execution standards.
- Prepare clear camera views and walkthrough frames for client decision making.
- Coordinate with site and fit out teams so the 3D output matches build reality, not fantasy.
- Support a fast revision window with controlled changes and clean version tracking.
- Strong portfolio required, show real 3D interiors and finishes, not only concept sketches.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and V Ray. Lumion experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of joinery, ceiling details, lighting logic, and fit out sequencing.
- Dubai experience preferred, renovation or fit out workflow experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in clear English and present options without confusion.
