Revive Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides renovation, fit-out and related services in Dubai and across the UAE. By requesting a quotation, 3D preview, site visit, or execution, you agree to these Terms of service Dubai. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

5) Materials, Warranties & Aftercare

We source reputable materials and follow professional standards. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products; our workmanship warranty is specified in your quotation. Misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or lack of recommended maintenance void warranties. Report issues promptly so we can inspect and advise corrective actions.

6) Health, Safety & Zero-Dust Practices

We aim to minimize dust and disruption using reasonable containment measures. Nevertheless, construction produces noise and particles; please secure valuables and inform residents/neighbors. Keep children and pets away from active work areas. We comply with applicable HSE guidelines and building regulations.

7) Liability & Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including business interruption or loss of profit). Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected portion of the services. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

8) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Client-requested changes must be confirmed in writing and may affect price and schedule. Custom-ordered items are non-returnable once purchased. If you cancel before execution, you remain liable for costs incurred to date, including design time, permits, and materials already ordered.

9) Privacy & Data

We handle your information per our Privacy Policy. Photos and files are used to prepare designs, quotations, and execution plans. To request access or deletion, contact us using the details below.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes should first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, the competent courts/authorities in Dubai shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
